Requirements

• A valid reseller certificate is required.
  
• All wholesale orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  
• Retailers must adhere to our Suggested Minimum Retail Price (SMRP) policy. Products may not be advertised or sold below Haus of Tiles’ retail pricing without prior written approval.
  

Shipping

• Once your order is submitted, we’ll confirm estimated ship dates.
  
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the total size, weight, and destination of your order.
  

Where You Can Sell

• Approved retailers may sell Haus of Tiles products in-store and on their own website.
  

Returns & Order Issues

• All wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  
• Any damages, issues, or discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with photos included for evaluation.
