Haus of Tiles has invested extensively in shortening delivery timelines to enhance our customers' experience. For the time being, pre-orders are still an integral part of our business, due entirely to high demand. This page is a reflection of our effort to keep our customers informed. Here we show where each style and colorway sits right now, and we update it the moment anything moves. Ship windows are given by month, and they are estimates. Cancelled pre-orders are subject to our refund policy.

Tiles are stateside where they must clear customs and arrive at our Austin, Texas-based fulfillment center for inspection and processing.
